Set inside Devin Oktar Yalkın’s family home in Brigantine, New Jersey, Alone Together (One Last Trip Around the Garden) traces the slow disappearance of a place through 116 pages of monochrome photographs. Memory clings to emptied rooms, objects and domestic surfaces as the house shifts from lived space into an archive of absence. Moving through loss, impermanence and renewal, Yalkın treats photography as a final passage through a home already becoming memory—intimate, melancholic and quietly haunted. His second monograph published by ZONE, the book is edited and designed with Ali Beşikçi, with cover and text design by Bülent Erkmen and an essay by photographer and writer Linda Zhengová.
