Roelant Meijer — Walking with RumiExhibition opening & Turkish edition book launch

4 October 2025, Saturday, 18:00From Istanbul to Konya: 800 km on the Sufitrail, a pilgrimage to Rumi’s tomb. Along the way, Meijer spoke of his journey and offered strangers cards with Rumi’s words. Each encounter — born from a chosen line — was captured in a portrait and a text, carrying the warmth of human connection until the walk itself became a book.

Walking with Rumi is no ordinary publication: crafted with rare papers and special techniques, it is a bibliophile excess — a vessel of the pilgrimage itself.

At COMMENTARIVM, the exhibition opens — and with it, the Turkish edition of Walking with Rumi is unveiled. We call you to witness the journey, to walk its echoes, to take part in the pilgrimage.
