Double Fantasy is the final studio album released during John Lennon’s lifetime, a collaborative statement with Yoko Ono recorded at The Hit Factory in New York and originally issued on Geffen Records. Emerging after Lennon’s five-year hiatus to raise his son Sean, the record intertwines his reflections on love, fatherhood and personal renewal with Ono’s own expressive pieces, alternating voices and moods across its fourteen tracks.
