Format: Vinyl, 12’’ LP, 33⅓ RPM
Release Date: June 13, 2003
Numbers Life is the debut full-length from San Francisco trio Numbers — Indra Dunis, Dave Broekema and Eric Landmark — channeling post-punk, no wave and dance-punk into jagged, propulsive grooves. Released on Tigerbeat6, the record juxtaposes robotic rhythms, angular guitar and Moog-driven synth lines with detached vocals, capturing a frenetic energy rooted in early 2000s underground scenes. Life stands as a raw, kinetic snapshot of an influential band weaving punk urgency with electronic dance sensibilities.
