ZIVNE is ZONE’s fourth collective book, bringing together the work of 167 artists through a deliberately theme-less open call. Rather than imposing a concept onto the images, the publication allows one to emerge through selection, proximity and sequence. Returning to the alphabetical structure of ZONE’s first collective issue, the photographs remain ordered by artist name, producing unexpected collisions, echoes and visual correspondences within an apparently fixed system. What begins as an arbitrary archive gradually develops its own internal rhythm—a collective photographic field shaped less by authorship than by what happens when unrelated images are forced to live together.
